-Utilized Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) to segment topics from over 2 million articles in the New York Times dataset.Perplexity score of -8.9 acheived over 2 million articles. - Fine-tuned a BERT-based model to develop a custom Named Entity Recognition (NER) pipeline for extracting incident metadata. - Achieved 98% precision and 94% recall on unseen test data, outperforming ChatGPT and GliNER in military entity recognition tasks.
